Where it all started
My journey began when I was 15.
I was a heavy kid with no healthy habits and no exercise.
I always ate what I could find, when I wanted and wherever. I just didn’t care.
But at some point, I knew I was not doing great.
I went on a schooltrip to London and suddenly we had to walk the stairs and I was so out of breath. I had to do something, because this was not going well.
So I decided to start slow. Running. The most basic thing you could do. I did it for 4 months and lost 4kg by eating better and running 30min each day.
Then the day came that I wanted to join a gym.
I was eager to learn more and got in touch with a coach as well. I was dedicated to treat my body better, but more importantly, myself better too, for the long run.
It started as a hobby. I was working in retail, but I knew I wasn’t going to do this for a long time. I decided to educate myself and I took a few courses at Physical Coaching Academy, took a course about Animal Flow and the rest is history.
I am proud to found my true calling and help other people, but also educate other people, be aware of their own body and help them reach their 2.0 version.
Let me help you too.
BEFORE AND AFTER
This is the result of hard work. You can achieve this too.
Some of the main workouts I’m focussing on is Animal Flow, this is a trademarked bodyweight program that’s centered largely around ground-based work.
Another form of workout I use in my trainings is HIIT. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is a widely known workout. This training program involves intense work periods that are performed at 80% to 95% of a person’s estimated maximal heart rate which is the maximum number of times your heart will beat in a minute without overexerting yourself.
I am also qualified in nutrition skills. I can create a nutrition plan that works for you, geared towards your dietary needs and preferences.
With years of experience, I am also a qualified personal trainer. Click the button below to find out more about my personal training skills.
